I use the Kairo Kar for every track type, what makes the difference for off road tracks is having the 4WD drive and Knobby Tires. You get the 4WD drive by completing the Pear Inc sponsor. Then you'll need to equip it with Knobby Tires - you can research these once you have completed the first sponsor (Bridgerock Tires). This may not win initially, but once you've upgraded the Knobby Tires and other parts then you'll find it easier to win. Good luck!
